Ted has acquired experience in physiotherapy, personal training, dieting, and recreation therapy programming in additional to his history as a competitive athlete background. He is also trained sign language interpreter and believes strongly in the value of recreational therapy.

Her background aids her leadership skills as she is a team leader overseeing support worker groups as large as 12 clients. Sasha has certifications in first aid, mental health emergency medical response, security and non-violent crisis management.

He has been supporting clients with high complex needs and medical issues such as stage 4 cancer (MS) multiple sclerosis etc. His strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial skills that helped him develop large and accomplished homes with wheelchair access and state of the art infrastructure supporting those with physical disabilities.

Currently working as a support roommate for the very first complex needs project to go Family Management in Calgary history which has resulted in an overwhelming success story.
